Dedication Vg-f VERY vessel that sails the deep Mfg has its guiding star, every sailor his compass, every tourist his roadfrnap, and every traveler his N ,ob gjulide. We have chosen a Guide hose feet will not err, Who knows, as no other can, every turning on the highroad. He, Himself has told us: I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. He loves His travelers very dearly, not in the way of most guides, but with the tender way of our Father and King. With Him, the road will not seem very long, in His shadow we will walk unafraid. The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall fear nothing, and to Him, our Guide on the highway, timidly we dedicate our little book. Oh, may it please Him, and please those guides of our pai years whom we leave at the Grove. As they see us set out on our journey with Him, may their hopes for us be fulnlled, and through the future years may we feel confident of their interest, love, and prayers for our Godspeed . Prologue ' is it gfj if are starting on a journey. Our 13 time has come to leave the 27513 X? friendly old road and to set out ag on the new. We do not go with empty hands. Our school' day friends have packed our travelingf bags with lovely memories. Our wise, se fsacrificing teachers have stored them with all the useful things which educational standards have devised. Like the Trojans of old, we seek a land where we may build our dwellings and set our household gods in place. There we shall erect our houses as this school is built, with faith for the foundation, hope for the walls, and charity for the roof All our windows shall face toward our Alma Mater so that we may ever keep in sight its noble ideals.
