What exactly does that mean? The Cedar Falls Senior High School Student Forum affords students the important op- portunity of voicing their opinions in the affairs that directly concern the organization of their educational system. This voice may take the form of their Forum dele- gate representing their views, or it can take the form of the students presence at Forum meetings. The Student Forum was very active this year, it planned and executed the Homecoming activities, it pro- vided the students with an office telephone, it established new rules of self-government by adopting a new constitu- tion, it worked in cooperation with the Guidance Office in acquainting new students with the school, and it pro- duced a handbook for use in the guidance program. The Student Forum has been active in the past, but even more important, let us consider the good it is capable of doing in the future. Let each student recognize and make use of these important capabilities. Because of its importance to the student, because it is the voice of the student body, it is fitting that the Student Forum be given this special recognition.
