The first Teen Queen Dance was sponsored by the Youth Festival Committee in the Cedar Cliff gymnasium on October 26, 1968. It was held for the primary purpose of announcing Cedar Cliff's Youth Festival Queen for 1968. Comely nominees from the senior class were Terry Arnold, Natalie Butler, Barb Buttorff, Patty Freysinger, Kris Krieger, Nancy Long, and Judie Yates. Mr. Zitto, the assistant prin- cipal, had the honor of crowning the queen. Music and entertainment were provided by the .Ioe Hojak Trio. Cedar Cliff was represented at the l4th Annual Youth Festival on November 28 by lovely Miss Kriss Krieger.
