Jluz, Barwl The Cecil High School band had a busy and a very successful year. Who will ever forget the pep rally tunes given to us by the blue and white marchers? Our high School band, long rated one of the best in Washington County, was under the able direction of Mr. Russell Garrett, a new member of the faculty. During the football season the band attended all the games and gave excellent half time performances. The band also participated in numerous parades and festivals during the school year. Our concert band, made up of forty musicians, gave a pleasing concert in May.
