'PW are MDM, miami, November 18, 1955, was an exciting evening for a group of seniors as they prepared to stage the comedy, Take Your Medicine . The story revolved around a grouchy, old man who was being admitted to a hospital for a rest. His niece created many delightful inci- dents as she led him to believe that she was marrying a medical doctor instead of a college professor. The many amus- ing incidents helped to make the play the great success that it was. Seated: Cleft to Rightl Patricia Patnesky, Marlene Meade. Second Row: Rosalie Smialek, Patricia Van Tassel, Carol Hrabcsak, Yvonne Behling, Patricia Blancclc, Palmer Restaneo, Richard Morgan, James Lindley, Marlene Pogachnick, Donna Strimel, Lucinda Weyandt, Thomas McVerry, Joseph Vanhcrenbeclr. 46

Jluz, Barwl The Cecil High School band had a busy and a very successful year. Who will ever forget the pep rally tunes given to us by the blue and white marchers? Our high School band, long rated one of the best in Washington County, was under the able direction of Mr. Russell Garrett, a new member of the faculty. During the football season the band attended all the games and gave excellent half time performances. The band also participated in numerous parades and festivals during the school year. Our concert band, made up of forty musicians, gave a pleasing concert in May. Best wishes for the future go out to those senior members who will not return next year The senior band members in clude Marlene Altleru, Howard Ferguson Carol Hrabcsak, James Lindley Mar lene Meade Richard Morgan Anna ORourke Palmer Restaneo, and Lucinda Weyandt Flrst Row fleft Sldel Carol Hrabcsak Marlene Altlerl Patricia Zadalus Katherine Manolas James Urban Second Row Ra chael Albertinl Barbara Bartkus Marlon Waltz Rozanna Roll Third Row Dennis Coligan Elaine Dellere Robert Pogach nick Melvin Selva Fourth Row Mr Russell Garrett Robert Dlx Lois Bentz Joanne Bruno Joan Molvun Lucinda Weyandt Sandra McGinnis Joan Numpher Palmer Restaneo Flrst Row lRlght Sldel Joann Speranla Louis Pogoreltz Ronald Selva Walter Novak James Lindley Second Row Eloulse DeBlaslo Joseph Battlstone Richard Roddy Raymond Frederlcks Thlrd Row Marlene Meade Richard Morgan Joseph Kray nak Fourth Row Howard Ferguson John Bayto Gary Svihla Charles Duffy Center Rear Cleft to Rightl David Thornburg Anthony Anesettu Robert Schul William Meddlngs Edith Stafford Stanley Klapkowslu Douglas Svlhla 48 : , I - . , , I I I 1: , K2 3 f g rg s tl Q 1 iff s if 3 2 i ' Q ' A X 1 it L silt: 5 l V. 5 Lili i Q if .
