CLASS POEM Readin', Ritin', and Rithmatic, into our brains we've crammed with careg and hope that by this time next year that most of it will still be there. Despite the days when times were bad, we've stayed, had fun, and for that we 're glad. Everyday at noon we see Tom hurrying down the hall, candy in one hand money in the other, telling Bob J. to get on the ball. Diane comes slowly up the stairs, her expressions aren't the same, She's been trying to figure out new yells for our next ballgame, Joyce C. has someone cornered and they don't think it's funny, Joyce as treasurer is always collecting money. Karen sits laughing, what has she got? She's laughing at one of Don's old snapshots. Merrill looks pleased, he's wearing a gring bet he's been talking to that junior again. Paul's taking pictures north, west, and south, He got a good one of John with gum in his mouth, Veatrice is helping Joyce A. with shorthand studies. Those two girls are becoming very good buddies. Duane's having bookkeeping trouble, can't he see? That in place of that two he should have a three? Tony is reading, a pastime that is good, Carl might like itg I know his teachers would. Donna has out her Today's Secretary g she is the one out of the six who wasn't contrary. There goes Carol with a far away look. She deserves a rest being editor-in- chief of this book. And Carma and Larry how those names fit together, You never see one unless you see the other. Bob M's headed for the chemistry room without delay, He has figured out the equation for the problems today. Robert A. is teasing Virginia, who is getting mad. Oh, here comes Sonja l-loman she'll give her a hand. What's that noise? Oh, just David's car: Max says the motor isn't quite up to par. I see Jerry has been in the office again. He misses more school, I'd say 8 days out of 10. Margaret is studying government. She's really a swell lass. You suppose she was the one who furnished cookies for the class? Bill is to take Norman's place this noon. Well, there 's the bell, Bill didn't make it any too soon. A long school day is what Marvin dreads, because every evening he has a date with a cute redhead, I see the time is elapsing, sorry but I have to run. Oh, yes, my name is Sonya, l'm the last of the thirty-one. '96 '-N -w T1 This page sponsored by CLINTON T. V. CENTER-RCA I7
