FOREWORD The hopes a.nd...21512iLQQ1-s of many Auburnians have come to fuller fruition with the publicationpof this, the first yearbook. The plans, disap- pointments?-trLEratE:ns!Vand- eventual success of interested people working in the field of higher education all come into focus. 1955 marks the first graduating class of Auburn Community College. Though small in number, no class will represent exactly what this one doesg its spirit is symbolic. Although many graduating classes will pass through the doors of A. C. C., the members of the class of 1955 have the unique honor of being the first bona fide alumni. Within these pages are remembrances of happy times spent in extra-cur- ricular activitiesg groups in which We all functioned no matter in how small a capacity. In years to come may these pages recall the early college years We have spent together in the State University's newest educational venture. A474 l lT.T Pr N .... u.. K f
