SENIOR AN PROM Freshman honor students served punch. Many apple trees in blossom, butterflys, and a spring mural portrayed the theme of the Prom, l'Apple Blossom Time . Pink, gold, and mint green streamers completed the decorations. The twelve piece Mayville Dance Band provided the music forthe guests. The Prom was the climax of many weeks of anticipation and planning by the members of the junior class-- especially by Gary Steinke, Prom chairman.

BANQUET Sophomore honor students served the banquet. The exciting night of May 4 began with a banquet at 6:00 p.m. A turkey dinner was prepared by the mothers of the members of the junior class. The entertainment was a vocal solo by Darlyn Brandt, a piano solo by Margie Gunter and a clarinet solo by Judie Schroeder. David Kemp, President of the junior class, served as Master of Ceremonies for the banquet. JU IDR '

SENIOR TRIP fr Q?9,.31.:if-1:- fs 'Q W, 1 1 A 7 ji 4 f'T . Y . f, Lit: If S At 5:00 a.m. May 3 the senior class left to spend their Skip Day in Winnipeg. They visited the Parliament Building, the Cathedral at Saint Bonniface, and the Assiniboine Park Zoo. Many of the seniors spent their free time in the afternoon shopping visiting museums and art galleries, and sight- seeing. At 6:30 p.m. they attended a banquet at the Turf Room of the Paddock. After that they were on their own until midnight when they headed home loaded with souvenirs and memories of a fun-filled day.
