! l l l I 1 FRENCH CLUB MEETINGS of Le Cercle Francais, the French Club to the uninitiated, began early in October. Programs during these early meetings centered about French songs and games. Later on, the spotlight of interest focused on foods, the preparation of which has become such a Gne art with the French. The natural outcome of this research was a dinner on February 23, the menu of which was composed of typically French dishes prepared by the members. Soon after this, several devotees of the language attended the lvlercury Theater in Buffalo to see and hear Ballerina , a movie imported from France, in which French alone was spoken. The activities for the year culminated in a picnic held late in lVIay. Louisa RUSSELL L. 4-le.-- L. L L.
