The class of 1950 started off with success in their Freshman year, with two new advisors, Miss Antonacci and Nr. Sturge. Officers for the year were: president, Marjorie Halstead: vice president, Samue1 Colvin, treasurer, Richard Sears: and secretary, Doris Phinecy. Snowflake Pop, our first attempt to make money, was vary successful. In the spring we decided to sponsor another dance, nMay Time Fantasy,h another successful event This year it makes us feel big to be Sopromores with only two more years to so. With our advisors, Miss Narotta and Nr. Burrinaton, and new officers- president, Ellen hardy, vice president, James Henderson, treasurer, Wanda Dreverrang and secretary, Jean Ann Van Nostrand- we are wel? under way. We have sponsored a fine dance, WGobb1er's Hopn ani a movie, nScatter Good Rides High,' both of which have brought in a tidy profit. This year we have voted to send one 'C.A.P.E.n package each month to some needy family dn Europe. It is a pleasant feeling to know that we are helping at least one famfly.
