LOFFLAND Expressing the sentiments of those associated with Catholic High, the 1968 Panther gratefully acknowledges the generosity of Mrs. Cecile Loffland. Her financial donation has aided the course of Christian education in New Iberia. In appreciation for this legacy, we reserve a place for her in Catholic High history.

A Message From The Princzpal To All Brothers' Boys, It gives me a great deal of satisfaction and pride to announce to you that we are commemorating fifty years of Christian Brothers' service in New Iberia. Without a shadow of a doubt, we can say that the Christian Brothers have greatly enjoyed their stay in New Iberia. And from the wonderful response of the people, we feel that the community has appreciated the work of the Brothers. Many of the Brothers who worked so hard here have gone on to their reward. Many are still working in various parts of the Lord's Vineyard. It can be said that all the Brothers who worked here have truly loved it and are anxious to return. We invite you to join with us to commemorate our Fiftieth Anni- versary, and we ask you to remember all your fine teachers in your prayers as you can be sure you are remembered in their prayers.
