The Echo, which pre- miered in 1920, was the forerunner of the modern school paper, The Pan- ther. This picture shows the staff of 1938. Even in 1938, the Mother's Club provided services to students and faculty. A white suit was the proper attire for the 1934 gradu- ate. The Class of '34 included W. Leleune, Jr. , R. F. Durand. J. Theriot, A. LaSalle, F. Hebert fback rowj, J. C. Tilly, B. Moselle, D. Bayard, and W. L. Johnson.
