Yes, as this familiar phrase was sounded by Coach Joe Godleski, the usual large turnout of diamond-minded Cougars answered with whistling fast balls and the rap of swinging bats. This season was started with such veterans as R. Erhardt, pitcher, K. Gilbo, third base, T. Grego, shortstop, D. Czurak, left field, J. Karas, center field, and S. Swidwa, right field. Also others like E. Ward, D. Cook, and E. Wybranowski should prove valuable. No doubt Catholic will be a power in city competition this year. 107
