SISTER SARA how do we remember her? BY HER LOVE OF LIFE ___________ Sister loved life and was always there where the action was. C$2. I I BY HER GENEROSITY... y Certain Senior girls will remember National Secretary Week, I f when Sister treated them to ice cream cones and popcorn. She I 11 n was always game for a I J % J jf party, even if there was —— —■i • no special occassion. I BY HER TEACHING. Sister really cared for her stu- dents and helped them in any 1 way possible. She believed in on the job training, and found jobs for her secretarial students. She also started Sister Sara's Super Secretaries, a club that was beneficial to both the school and community. BY HER MUSIC. . . When you went into Sister Sara's class, you could always count on typing to the rythm of Three Dog Night or Carol King. BY HER DEVOTION TO GOD... Sister accepted the good and bad that God gave her. She lived her religion — she saw God in all people, and treated them in a special way. Her devotion to God was very real, just as she was. A NOBLE TRIBUTE TO CENTRAL’S PEOPLE In the beginning there is life Sunshine, rain, greens, birth-life. And along with this must come a zest for life If the springtime is to survive. You have given us that zest for life- More than this you have taught us to share it with all. Now, through you, we know that there will be a spring. . . In the summer, you taught us to dance You showed us how it feels to laugh—and cry. And you told us there would again come a time for laughter That there is for everything a season. Through the long winter months you stood by us To tell of the spring that would follow And it was then we realized your dedication, Hoping that we too might be as committed one day. The sun began to rise slowly New beginnings burst around us And you were there to laugh and dance and pray WITH US! These are the seasons of our lives: a never-ending circle of life through death. In the spring, there comes a time to dream. To those who have had the courage to build their dream to reality throughout the seasons, who have molded Central into what it has become, we offer our thanks. For all the unsaid words, the unmentioned acts of love and dedication, the example of Christian living and values rarely shown in the world of today and for the little things that could only have taken place because of you, we pay you this noble tribute. For giving us the hope to go on for helping us know that the Spirit never dies for giving us knowledge of that Eternal Spring for giving us a part of you and allowing us to be so fully a part of each other... thank you 101 School Song Cheer, cheer for old Central High Shake down the echoes cheering on high Saints are calling cheer on high Shake down the thunder from the sky Although the odds be great or small Old Central High will win over all While our loyal Saints go marching onward to victory!
