Witty and well-liked is Pode. He was a football letterman and a member of the track team. As a senior, Bill served as a Student Council representative. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and fishing. Bill plans a career in the field of science. Bill who is always ready for a good time spent many fun- filied days at Central. He realized, however, the necessity for study and he worked hard to maintain good grades. His favorite pastimes are hunting and fishing. Bill is planning a career in forestry. Mike, called Tony by almost everyone, enjoys hunting and fishing. He belonged to the ELLEN McCarthy Paddle Club, helped on the stage crew, and took part in the Christmas Cantata and I Remember Mama. Mike is one of the out- standing members of the Poachers Club of Anaconda. He plans to attend college next fall. A favorite among her classmates, Ellen’s wit has won her many friends. She was elected secretary of the G. A. C. and served as G. A. C. representative for two years. Ellen was also a member of Sodality and of the cast of I Remember Mama. Although she has many interests, her future plans are indefinite. Tall and sociable best describes Ed. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and he received medals for his shooting. Ed's favorite pastime is listening to records. He would like to do government work in the future.

Mike is one of Central's outstanding athletes and most popular students. He is our only four-year track letterman. He also letter- ed three times in football and basketball. Mike's leadership ability was shown when he served as sophomore class president; he has served as Student Council representative for three years. Mike also rep- resented Central at Boys' State. Future plans include college. The GAC, TeenDem's, Candy Stripers, stage crews, the Christmas Cantata, all have had claims on Maureen's time. In her spare time she enjoys water skiing. Because of her friend- liness and cheerfulness, Maureen's future looks promising. KATHLEEN MEEHAN Adding spark to conversation Kathy helped create a friendly atmosphere. A participant in the Christmas Cantata, a rep- resentative of the GAC, a Candy Striper, a member of Sodality and of the ROC KALITE staff, Kathy gave time gener- ously. High on her list of favorites is listening to records. Future plans include nursing at Saint Patrick's Hospital. MAUREEN JOHNSON JOSEPH BEAUSOLEIL 12 Rosie's friendliness and won- derful sense of humor account for her popularity. A member of Sodality and of Starlites, she actively served the GAC as a representative for three years. She plans a nursing career. A favorite of all his class- mates, Joe was president of Sodality, a two-year member of the SCAC panel and the lighting man for many school plays. He lent his time unselfishly to the Junior Prom and the Christmas Cantata. The speech meet and intramural basketball occupied much of his spare time. Joe plans to be a math teacher.

Jackie is an enthusiastic, fun-loving Starlite. Al- though she teaches C. C. D. classes, Jackie still finds time to be an active, hard-working, dependable member of the ROC KALITE staff and Teen Democrats. She was also a G. A. C. alternate and participated in many school functions. Further plans include college. Bob, witty and a favorite entertainer among his classmates, does have a serious side. He has shown his skill on the basketball court and has participated in the Christmas Tableau. Bob hopes to attend college. JACQUELINE McGUIRE KEVIN SULLIVAN EILEEN STOREY Pretty and popular Eileen served our class as Vice-President her freshman year and as Secretary her junior year. She worked capably and earnestly as editor of the ROC HALITE and was a member of the Sodality, G. A.C. , Science Club, Candy Stripers, Student Council. Eileen showed acting talent in the play I Remember Mama . Her future includes college where she will major in Chemistry. ROBERT MEREDITH CAROL KALSCO 14 Kev who is liked by all, rates his three years of foot- ball as tops. He claims his favorite pastime is hanging around the China Cafe with the gang. Kevin will attend college. Carol's charming sense of humor makes her a favorite among her classmates. She was a member of the G. A. C. and Starlites. She finds that high school proved both profitable and enjoyable. Her plans for the future are uncertain but she will bring to her career enthusiasm and a wonderful personality.
