Geography students Edward Darcy, Marion Tobin, Mike Vollmer, and Mary Pat McNelis wonder how anyone ever traveled around the world in eighty days. Kathy Young, Diane Casto, Paul Berry, and Loren Verlanic agree the X'S and Y'S of the algebra problems quickly dull the points of their pencils. One o'clock finds Connie McNicholas, Rosemary Kloker, Judy Spanbauer, and Bill Miller reluctant to go in.
