During the 1969-70 school year, Prep seniors fittingly began to wear gold blazers instead of black to distinguish them from underclassmen. During these years of growing enrollment, building expansion, and athletic achievement, Cathedral Prep has never lost sight of the primary goal Bis- hop Gannon established at itsfounding+that ofpro- viding young men with a solid Christian education as a basis for higher studies in colleges and seminaries.
