Besides his teaching assignments, Father McMahon's responsibilities included that of Chaplain. ln this capacity he Was responsible for the spiritual Welfare of the students and the days of recollection. f ro Louis Fortener S.M. Bro. Wilbert Hamm, S.M. Treasurer Business Manager Driver Training Brother Fortener held the financial reins of the school. Tuitions, fees, and other monetary transactions passed through his hands. After hours, when these duties were completed, he could often be seen doing the odd jobs around the school. The new position of Business Manager, created only this year, was filled by Brother Hamm. I-le was in charge of the purchases both for the faculty and for the school, Mrs, Mary Nicolosis ever increasing duties were chiefly secretarial in nature. Typing and correspondence took most of her time. These are the administrators who can be found working behind the scenes almost any time of the day. Their Work is often laborious, seldom recognized, and usually thankless. To them the students owe a great many thanks. X
