Cathedral amassed 91 points, ending Tech’s six-year reign as Champs. In regular season play, the grapplers set three new individual school records. MVP Mike Robinson finished with a record of 15-1. John Shea pinned an opponent in a quick 18 seconds, and co-captain Ed Gallagher compiled ten pins for the year.
