The debate proposition for this year was: RESOLVED: That Nuclear Weapons Should Be Controlled By An International Organization. In debating, the Affirmative team presents several needs for the proposal, which include the dangers of proliferation, escalation, fallout, etc. The negative team then has to refute the needs and plan to meet the needs proposed by the affirmative.
