The Class of '53?? Why that's us, and four short years ago we were climbing C.Cv.H. stairs for the first time. Stairway to the stars! Everything was so new and so far beyond us. Cathedral drew us from all points of San Diego. Freshman oflicers taught us the strength of united action. Love and loyalty for Cathedral High grew deeper as the year ended. Memories of our Sophomore days glisten with a Christmas party, a Spring Dance, and a May procession. Activities of our Junior year included cake sales, rafHes, and noon dances. Our big dance, Misty Mood, was a prelude to our Junior success, the Prom of '52, entitled, no less, Orchids in the Moonlight. Seniors now, and soon to be remembered forever as the class of '53. We leave the memory of an aqua sweater, a satin-crested ring, and a 3-dimensional C to thee, Cathedral High.
