The most outstanding addition to the or- chestra was the number of small instru- ments and ensembles. These groups under the direction of Mr. Max Brillhart, appeared on television and at concerts. Their schedule began with a concert on November 1. They visited the University of Arizona for the Regional Music Festi- val and Music Week. The All-City Or- chestra Festival was also on the list of activities. Several orchestra members were honored for their skill by being chosen to play in the All-State Orchestra in Flagstaff.
