Choices, Choices ... This section is dedicated to student life. Every student was different and this section will try to show a little of the individuality of students in and around school, but let’s not forget that student life did not only involve what went on at school; it embodied a student’s entire daily life. Every student had his or her set goals or expectations for the year, and they played a large role in what type of student life this person had. Whatever it was that a student had hoped to accomplish in their past school year depended entirely on the individual and their choices. There were lots of choices to be made over the course of a single school year, such as what type of sports or clubs and organiza- tions would one like to have taken part in? Did one have the time? Were grades a factor? Was it necessary to meet certain qualifications? Could any extra-curricular responsiblity have been handled? These were only a few of the questions a person was forced to ask him or herself in order to determine what direction the year was to have taken for them. The answers varied from student to student but all were in agreement that they wanted their school year the best it could be. Everyone had his or her own ideas about what the year should have brought. Each students was different, but the same, in that all worked diligently to make sure that their year didn’t take a route that was just idle or up in the air. Pam Long
