His pet peeve is teachers who allow students out of class without hall passes. Born in San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Frank Meyer lived therefor 18 years, and then attended college at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He has served in the U.S. Navy, and now teaches Remedial Math and algebra.
