Water Polo The fall of 1973 brought a water-polo team to Castle Park's campus. ln their first year of league competition they accomplished a record of 5 wins and 3 losses and placed Znd in the league. They held an overall record of 14 wins out of 20 games. Water-polo made their mark in history as they were the first sport to have a female letter person on their team, Jenny Hicks. Uther varsity letter persons includeg Arron Cush, Joel Ganze, Don Hunter, Bill Maki, Fred Maki, Bill Shubert, Steve Thomas, Carl Waller, and Pat Zelechoski.
