Operating as efficient governmental units, the Senate and House are based upon the same principles as those of our national government. As Vice-President, Jerry's main duties were pre- siding over the House and re-organizing the lnter-Club council . UK ATTORNEY GENERAL Jw- Bard Masanger, Castle Parlc's Attorney General insured that strict order was kept at all A.S.B. business meetings. Bard also saw to it that our annual con- vention was again one in which Troy could take pride .
