r sfff 8353 l vim' 2 'Q of 1' i..tL The Drum Corps under the direction of Mrs. Wilson completed a su er of many activities and began a new school year by electing a new majcrette. To this position Sue Hawk was elected. The summer and fall's activities consisted of marching at the rodeo, American Legion parades, Aurora Fair, Ozark Empire Fair, Labor Day parade in Springfield, Armistice Day parade in Monett, Cassville Reunion, and Joplin War Dad's parade. Besides all of these activities the girls added a spark of life, pep, and rhythm to the football games. The flashiness of the black and gold uniforms and the accurate cadence of the group added much to the entertainment at these events. DRUM CORP' I.
