Four dministrution WILLIAM E. STIRTON ARCHIE WITT HARRY HINMAN Cass Technical High School is under the administration of an able and capable staff. There are some who are known to all Cass Students while others remain in the background. Mr. William E. Stirton, principal of Cass Tech., is the chief man around school. Although unknown to many students, he is constantly working to improve conditions at Cass and to see that students have all the many things he feels that they should have. His hard work for the school and for the community has brought fame to the whole city. Although he has been at Cass only four years, he has accomplished a great deal and is still working for a better Cass. Mr. Archie Witt is the assistant principal. Mr. Witt is well known to all visitors of the office, whether student or not. His advice to students has helped many a student to get back on the right path. With slow speaking voice and snow-white hair he is familiar to all mass meeting attenders. Mr. Harry Hinman is the principal of Cass' night school. Mr. Hinman is known to hardly any of Cass students for he has very little to do with Cass day school. His departure will be felt deeply by his co-workers and by all the members of the administration of Cass. Mr. Raymond Jared, who is head of the science dept. is also Summer School Principal. Mr. Floyd Radabaugh is one'of the best liked men on the administrative staff. His under- MR. BRANTON MISS JACOBS MRS. RUSH MRS. FLOYD MISS O'DONOHUE

OUTLOOK For many students the school newspaper means only an occasional issue to glance through and put casually aside to forget about. But to the members of the Outlook Staff it means sweating out headlines, copy, and galleys. It means long hours after school, contacting teachers, students, getting information, writing it up, and getting it in on time. It means recognition such as an International Honor Rating by Quill and Scroll, the George M. Gallup Award for distinguished iournalistic work, and numerous Scholastic awards. Eventually it means membership in the International Honorary Society for High School Journalists-Quill and Scroll. Through seven and occasionally eight issues a semester the Outlook maintains an important contact with the students of Cass-offering guidance, advice and general information. When the going gets tough and it looks like the Outlook will never get to press on time-J.
