Teams Stumble Thru' Season : A ggr 3-ldfvx l 1 VARSITY TRACK-FIRST ROW: jamie Murray, Bill Collins, Kevin Grigs, Steve Sprinkle, Garry Robertson, Tim Canfield, Dave Swarti, joe Dibble, Randy Householder and Paul Murray. SECOND ROW: Mark Foreman, Gary Schreyer, Bruce Nicoll, Tony Logan, Neal Rouch, Mike Ensfield, Greg Bell, Richard Hiatt, Mark Chapman, Ben Clemens and jeff Garbert. THIRD ROW: Coach Mannies, Craig Wisler, jim Spitznogle, Terry Pyle, Steve Ault, jerry Gillis, Mark Guy, john Kitchel, Richard Smith, Ron Gillam, jeff jones, Kent Moss, Mike Graham, Dana Brown, Coach Shahan and Coach Bonsett. Track at Lewis Cass was not up to par this year. The team finished the regular season with a 1-6 record. Working T l'l' T ' l with a young squad, coaches g Mannies, Bonsett and Shahan felt confident that they would have a great deal of talent next year. There were only ' three seniors on the varsity, Tony Logan, Terry Pyle and Mike Ensfield. I l The junior high, led by coaches Sonafrank and Whitcomb, had a winning season. Most of the team's strength rested in their veteran eighth graders. High jumping is handled with style and grace by Bruce Nicoll as he warms up for the meet. 58 Track
