This year's Student Council was very active and attempted to accomplish a great deal for students at Cass. Among the events they sponsored were an after-game dance and all of the regular activities at Homecoming. Each year three officers of Student Council are sent to the Student Leadership Camp at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. This year's officers were Craig Wisler, pres.g Keith Slusher, v. pres. and Helen Quinn, sec.-, treas. Mr. Bauer served as the council's sponsor. In an attempt to attain a more quiet atmosphere and accomplish more at meetings, the Student Council changed its meeting room this year to the library. Meetings were held once each month.
