Cooks, Custodians Cool-fs, Custodions Core for Coss Lewis Cass was kept clean and cooked for by two staffs of capable workers. The custodial staff worked in two shifts to maintain the school's many classrooms and specialized areas. Four custodians worked during the day and five were assigned to the night shift. A staff of twelve women ran the kitchens of Lewis Cass, cooking the food and keeping all of the work areas spotless. This year Mrs. Roxie Dailey was added to the kitchen staff. Custodian Clarence Birnell finds a moment to rest in the privacy of the maintenance staff room.
