This year we were host to several Rotary foreign exchange students, but only two stayed with us all year. Birgit Knothe from Germany was active in sports, clubs, and was a very inquisitive student. Her hosts in Casey were the Gene Vidoni, Ric Carlson, David Kaufman, and Ray Loehr families. Jyri Marviala was also active in sports, clubs, as well as music. He was especially interested in computers. A native of Finland he was at home with the Steve Allison and Dave Sauer families. Both were excellent additions to our school. We wish them success.
