Golf Takes State For The Second Strmght Year Case golfers capured the State Title again this year, led by Jett Thomas, who was the medalist in the conference, sec- tional and State meets. The Eagles proved that they were the best by gather- ing a 9-1 dual meet record and placing high in all their meets. 1. J. Thomas was the State champ two years in a row. They collected 1 1 wins to only 4 losses during their regular season play. In addition, they participated in the first state girls basketball tournament and won the regional championship by beating both Park and Horlick. 1.
