American Field Service Case has four foreign exchange stu- dents this year. They are Juan Led- esma of Ecuador, Ritha Herrera of Ecuador and Diana Gonzalez of Mexico. The fourth exchange stu- dent, Giovanni Gentili of Italy is sponsored by AFS. AFS encourages students to go to foreign lands, as it promotes a better understanding of other cultures. Black Student Union and Latin Eagles Black Student Union has, as its goal, to re- late Black Culture through the educational environment to the community as a whole. J.A. and Student Advisory The purpose of J.A. is to help students have , 2 a better understanding of how our free enterprise system operates. Each group is divided into companies and involves the manufacture of materials which are sold to the community. The companies are financed by the selling of shares and it is expected that the company will show a profit upon the completion of that year. H. Row 1. L-Rf' K. Handrud, A. Rossmann, G. Bowen, G. This club is made up of a equal racial balance so that the different students can get a better understanding of the cultures of members through the advisors. The advisors strive to improve the sensitivity of the different enthic groups for greater harmony and understanding within the student body.
