The resource center is available to help students make up work and practice their typing skills and speed. Students are encouraged to use these facilities to maintain their skill levels as these are necessary for gaining employment in the business world. Wilsman l l l Spanish, French, German, and Latin are offered to students wishing to study a foreign language. ln Spanish, French, and German a great deal of time is spent to develop listen- ing, speaking, reading, and writing skills, while in Latin, reading and writing are the most emphasized. Homemaking, clothing, family living, and foods are just some of the courses offered to students interested in Home Economics. These courses are designed to aid those seeking careers in dietitics, fashion design, food research, child care, and other related fields, or for those just wanting the skills for future non-professional use. 1.
