DEDICATION Mr. Lawrence Reagan Paulhus Teacher and Friend We the Class of 1988 dedicate our yearbook to Mr. Lawrence Reagan Paulhus, teacher and friend. He is a dedicated teacher who is deeply concerned with our intellectual growth. He is always will¬ ing to lend an ear when we have a problem. He likes to be involved with our lives by attending our concerts, plays, and sporting events. Above all, however, he is a man who has cared about us by teaching us not only History but about life. He wants everyone to excel. If it were up to him we know he would see to it that we all would succeed. He is a very special person to the Class of 1988 and that is why we wish him the best that life has to offer.

The first is a desire for high achievement which is characterized by people willing to accept the responsibility for dealing with the difficult. A second value for success is the belief that one is personally responsible for his or her own future. We realize all too well that nobody is born with these values already in place. They come about as a result of proper education both in the school as well as in the home. It is the fervent hope of the faculty, staff, and administration of Joseph Case High School that we have played some small part in inculcating these values in the minds of you, our graduates.
