Dedication Dedicated To: Mr. Lawrence Reagan Paulhus Teacher, Yearbook Advisor We, rhe Class of 1986, dedicate our yearbook to Mr. Lawrence Paulhus - teacher and friend. He has proven himself to be a dedicat¬ ed teacher, concerned with our intellectual growth. He has always been willing to listen,- to become involved with our lives,- and, to attend our sporting events, plays, concerts and even social events. Above all, however, he is a man who has cared about us. He is a very special person to us and to him we wish the best that life can provide. 2

School Administration Dear Graduates: Thomas Wolfe believed, and peo¬ ple seem ro agree, rhar you can ' t go home again. ' ' When something is over, somehow it seems unable ro be recaprured at least in the way in which we would like ro recall rhe way we were ' ' or whar mighr have been. Such will be your years or Jo¬ seph Case High School. I would like ro think rhar your re¬ membrance of your high school years will be heightened by friend¬ ships forged, lessons learned and dreams fulfilled. If we, rhe faculty, and you, our graduates, have touched each other, even slightly, with a little sentiment, a bit of intellect and o lot of wisdom, then our lives are ever so enriched by just having known one another. As you leave Joseph Case High School remember it as nor a place for regrets, nor a spot where life slid by you; bur a place where you as its students were nor simply a parr of its vitality - you were its life. Fondly and with best wishes always, David Jardin TO THE CLASS OF ' 86 - I hope rhe post four years at Case have been rewarding and pleasur¬ able. While embarking on your sepa¬ rate paths for rhe future, set your goals high and don ' t let anyone steal your dreams. Remember rhar hard work and dedication will allow you to succeed far beyond your expecta¬ tions and rhar worth con only be achieved through love and concern for yourself and those around you. Good Luck, Gerald A. Furrado 4
