Dedication Since we, the class of 1968, have been freshmen, weVe heard about how great a person Mr. Silva, better known as “Unc”, is. As we moved up through the ranks, we began to realize that he was a major figure in the school, both in Administration and as a friend to us. Mr. Silva, in his position as Vice-Principal, must not only discipline us, as he often does, but must also guide us and gain our respect. We feel that he has accomplished all of this and more. We would now like to show appre¬ ciation and gratitude by dedicating our memories of four years to him. Thanks, Unc!!!

Foreword As we, the members of the class of 1968, conclude our stay at Joseph Case High School, we experience a new consciousness of time. The times are changing and we are changing with them, yet our yestedays follow us; they constitute our life and they give character, force, and meaning to our present deeds. High school is a time of apprehension, coupled with a new-found freedom. There develops a social responsibility through interaction with others found in a similar situation. As we take greater steps toward our goal of graduation, we obtain valuable experiences. We, the class of 1968, dedicate ourselves to a peaceful and rewarding future—a future which we will help to preserve. 8
