Father Gaffney was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, He attended Villanova University, Catholic University, where he received an A.B. and 1V1.A. degrees respectively. Father Gaffney arrived at Cascia Hall on February 14, 1954, four years ago. He teaches English and Speech.
