Art Fair Highlights Entertainment The highlight of the entertainment season was the Art Fair. The fair featured mimes from Mrs. Trish Hanna's drama class, the Jazz Band, and face painting. Other activities were calligraphy writing, sketch- ing, and the paint wheel. Mike Da- vidson won the door prize, a $25 gift certificate at Rising Sun Re- cords. The big dances of the year were homecoming, Sadie Hawkin's and the prom. Jera Lyons was crowned queen for the homecoming dance. The dance's theme was Heaven . The Junior-Senior Prom was held at the Scottish Rite Temple in Sa- lem. Tracy Thompson, who was es- corted by Darrel Lawrence, was crowned queen. The prom theme was A touch of class . Lunch-time entertainment includ- ed intramural sports, an air band contest and the slave auction. The teachers' team won the volleyball tourney and Mike Darby and Dar- rel Lawrence won the pickle ball title. The airband contest was the high- light of lunch entertainment with many groups performing their fa- vorite songs. The winner of the contest was Executor. Iron Shield won best stage effects.
