A hilar- ious script, touched with a few ad-libs of senior wit, made up a riotous two hours of entertainment. The play, with the able direction of Mr. Doug Killen, dealt with the difficulties of two young English gentlemen who try to set the proper atmosphere for their marriage proposals. Behind the scene, actors and other diligent seniors worked to help the class reach success by securing props, applying make-up, selling tickets, etc. One thing is for certain — no one will ever forget Charley’s Aunt. The play cast rests from their big night of entertain ing. 25 OFFICERS Jerry Sides Sgt.-at-Arms Pat Brown Secretary Harvey Page President Gary Bates Treasurer Jim Davidson Vice President JUNIORS Louise Alexander Lloyd Austin Cliff Bales Linda Bankston Nora Barnett Gary Bates Aaron Bergman Pat Brown Kathy Cannon 26 Class of 65 June Carey Billie Carpenter Fred Chamberlin i M Corrine Clifford Marie Cook Barbara Dill Linda Davidson Jim Davidson David Elam Joan Farrell Robert Fowler Sharon Fredrickson 27 Bill Fritz Mary Fuller Rose Ann Fuller Diane Gainsforth David Gavette Dessie Gordon Janet Hall Jake Garrison Fred Hansen Gary Harris Sharon Hayes Ron Helton Narciso Hernandez Joyce Hightower Dann y Hilton Paula Hilton 28 Kenneth Hofmann Dwayne Jackson Dan Koenig Janice Lane Ray Hopper Jim Jackson Twila Kreger David Lane L A Virginia Kremer I John Large 29 Joyce Husted f Lee Johnson Helen Lambert Jerry Larson Diana Lynn Merilee McGuffin Curt Lawrence Jerry Michaelson Jess Lewis Lynda Mikkelson Leonard Montgomery Dave Nichols Harvey Page ■■■MM Refa Phillips Wanda Pierce Don Poet Joan Rogers Barbara Rose 30 Arione Rousseau Bill Rousseau Earl Rowe Carolyn Schack Joan Sevart Ruth Sherman Jerry Sides Linda Smi ley Bob Smith Alice Snyder James Stuart Robin Thayer 31 Merel Rowe Duke Shobe Wayne Spurlock Marcus Thomsen Art Waldorf Judy Waller Antionette Ward Tim Whelan Jerry Whitehead Carig Withe rspoon Juniors show school spirit by raising the roof at the pep assemblies. Juniors planned a most unusual prom this year for the benefit of the senior class. It consisted of a lot of hard work and they spared no expense in their tribute. The theme was “Romanesque” with white pillars and pink flow- ers twinning around them to set them off. It was held at the Pringle Community Center in Salem. The band was the num- ber one dance band of Salem “Arnie Manke”. During the refreshment time the honorary queen of the prom, Marilyn Adams, was crowned. All in all the night was considered a complete success. There was approximately 200 people present and though it was crowded on the dance floor as well as the patio it was highly complimented. I think the JUNIOR CLASS deserves to be congratulated for a job very well done.
