Student Council The student body council gathers weekly throughout the school year to dis- cuss AND DECIDE IMPORTANT SCHOOL ISSUES. This year the student council sent representatives to eugene to a confer- ence AND HELPED SPONSOR THE CHRISTMAS BALL. The student council consists of six officers and a representative from each HOME ROOM. THE OFFICERS ARE ELECTED THE PREVIOUS SCHOOL YEAR TO THEIR TERM IN OFFICE. THE REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT THE IDEAS OF THE STUDENTS IN THEIR ROOM, AND VOTE THE WAY THE STUDENTS CHOOSE. The student council voices the opinions of the whole school in their decisions. THIS YEAR THE STUDENT COUNCIL SET UP RULES PERTAINING TO STUDENT CONDUCT
