v|rs. Isabel Weible, Mrs. Mary Benner and irs. Irene Rose Hough prepare lunch. They Cooked As head cook Mrs. Hough planned all the menus and did all the buying. She had to see that our diet contained the proper amount of fats, and proteins. The cooks had their hands full, feeding approximately 300 of us a day. And before Thanksgiving, Christmas and other holidays there was a special treat—turkey din- ner with all the trimmings. And Cleaned Red Ruby inspects furnace. Dusting desks and chairs is a part of Nick Nichol's daily work.
