In fields of industry and sports competition there is always room for improvement. The numerous problems of the timber industry can be solved and improved upon with careful thought aided by new techniques. This approach is taken in sports where players and coaches work to improve weak points. With constant practicing, aided by team- work, a team can readily use its experience to good advantage. The competitive spirit brings out the best when applied to both industry and teams.
