Sea-nina 61644 Cascade Locks, Oregon December 25, 1975 Dear Mr. Nash: I received your letter yesterday and was thrilled to hear of your success. There're not many men who get the chance to become head coach of Notre Dame. I think it only right to tell you of the success of our senior class of 1954. Remember Dave--David McClure, that is--well, he muscled in on Johnny Ray and makes about 32, 000 a week. He always did have a good voice and loads of talent. Why, Iwas just talking to Roger Hankin a week ago. He is the President ofFisheyFish Finn Com- pany at Dodson, Oregon, and draws in quite an income. He seemed glad to see me and invited me to his house to a fish dinner last Tuesday. I'm sure you remember PartyFesse1t, She joined the WAVES and became a seven-day wonder. Some feat! Wou1dn'tyouguessit! Charlean Von Ahn went and got married to one of those rich play boys. She lived on Third and Broadway in Cascade Locks. Jim Doyle made himselfacool million with his invention of a completely pushbutton car with the T. V. set installed in the dash. I've got one myself. The name--Jim Doy1e'sPush Button T. V. Car- -Buttons Extra. Joan Easley is happily married and works as a secretary for President, Roger Hankin. Judie Scott, our Student Body Treasurer, is now fas you probably already knowj Secretary of the ' Treasury for the United States of America. You'l1 never guess what happened to Bobbie Blattenbergl Well, she went to Hollywood and became a movie star. Don't miss her next show, Cascade Onward, in which Bing Crosbv co -stars. George Nichols is now a scientist and his new formula 14113 X T2 3 R!32 - 22!4J has got Einstein himself baffled. He says he owes his success to Principal, Tom Witty of Cascade Locks High, who first taught him the basic science, physics. Shirley Nichols became a personal secretary for Ralph Hesgard, who is now editor of the Cascade Locks Gorge Echo Times. Scoop Hesgard is the name he proudly holds. LaDonna Minkoff is now a T. V. 3-D star on KOIN'S Saddle Pals. She makes a mere sum of 890, 000.00 annually. I was talking to her the other day, and she said she was going to ask her director for a raise. Things are simply too high, she told me. Donnamae Robertson is a tightrope walker for Cascade Locks Circus which is now in Chicago, Ill- inois. For her own neck, I wish she would give it up. To mysurprise, only two of the senior class of '54 are married. It's a good thing, because I might have a lot of divorce cases to take care of. You see, I'm a lawyer. Here's hoping you have a lot of success this season with your Notre Dame team. Yours sincerely, Joseph D. Correll

We endow to you the hope of ever being a senior and the will and desire to suc- ceed. Semlafz. fVew4 The class of 1954 was the busiest class in Cascade Locks High School. Whenever anything had to be done whether it be sports or otherwise, at least one senior had his finger in the pie. And why not--we had seven members of our class in Student Council, five in the Honor Society, nine in Glee, four in the Lettermen s Club, and on and on. Three of our girls were the cheerleaders this year and the same three were the Home coming Court. Pretty good for a class numbering only fourteen!
