Parsons, W. Teterud, D. Pollack, B. Wojtala. Advisor: Mr. Prestbo The Student Council is the governing body of the students at CHS. The officers this year were: President-Wes Teterud, Vice-President-Steve Parsons, Secretary-Debbie Pollack, Treasurer-Kathy McKamey, and Reporter-Brenda Wojtala. The Student Council had a very busy year. Homecoming was the first activity. The classes of 62, ’57, 40, ’39, ’38, ’37 and '36 were the honored classes this year. It was decided to have a new float in the parade. The mighty Badgers football team were honored on the new float. This was such a success that it will be continued next year. Santa Claus was the new addition to the Christmas Skits which are organized by the Student Council. Santa helped the Student Council members hand out the gifts. He was a complete surprise to most of the students and also very successful. The Student Council was also in charge of the elections of the new officers. This was a success and the officers were installed at Class night. The presidents of the different organizations are usually the representatives in Student Council. Mr. Prestbo is the advisor. 12
