The period extending from September 1963 through June 1968 witnesses many occurrences which have a particular effect on the members of our class. We, the annual staff have worked toward portraying those phases which cannot be absolutely classed academic or highly intellectual—but phases which form a vital part of high school life. The day-by-day activities have been so arranged so that in later years as we reminisce, we can relive those exciting and rewarding days at Carver High. We hope that this volume presents these past years' phases in a manner that captures “that old Trojan Spirit which accompanies the students' endeavors to hold aloft that prized “torch of knowledge.” itcdLy Annice L.
