Scenefl - - - We Contribute In Wnrlh Causes More than in any previous year we C.H.S. stu- dents contributed to worthy causes. In some drives we opened our hearts and dug into our pockets to help those less fortunate than ourselves. In other drives and campaigns, we contributed time and work rather than money. We are proud of our results in the following: The Freedom Crusade netted S227.00. The March of Dimes Drive resulted in the amount of S89.43. The Junior Red Cross Drive was successful. C.H.S. students fought cancer by contributing generously. Students gave SI80.00 to support Christos, un- der the Foster Parents Plan. In the Needy Children Christmas Toy Drive, goo toys were collected. An S.A.C. Clean-up Drive was supported. The yearbook subscription drive sold 253 sub- scriptions. The Hobby Show drive resulted in 53 student hobby displays. Patty Taylor, joe Franks, and Tommy Thompson admire the banner won bv their home room in the Foster Parents campaign. Freedom Crusade Belles: Bernice Caing Harriett Hawkinsg janet Bacong Queen, Marilyn Mehrle.
