The activities of the chapter this year included: winning first place with F.H.A. exhibit at County Fair, attending Mid-South Fair at Memphis and Sub- district F.H.A. meeting at Haytig playing basketball game with Hayti F.H.A.g sending overseas Christmas packages, preparing Christmas basket for the needy in Caruthersville. The Future Farmers of America is a national or- ganization of vocational agriculture students. There are over 8,000 chapters with Ll total of 250,000 mem- bers in the United States. The Caruthersville chap- ter enjoyed many interesting and educational field trips this year. On November 16, the boys had a crop exhibit contest and awarded prizes to outstand- ing crop displays.
