In whatever field they have specialized, whether in fine arts, practical arts, content subjects, or physical educa- tion, they have coached the members of the cast untiringly. These play directors have spent hours with their characters, hearing their lines, suggesting improvements, and rating their progress. Quite fre- quently, as a reward for their persis- tent efforts, the instructors detected budding stars appearing in the cast - future actors who will some day be in the limelight. Socimi.
